With subscriptions, we ship your initial 60-day supply of skincare in our refillable glass jar. Shipments after that are sent every 60 days after your initial purchase, so you don't need to worry about running out of your favorite products. All refills come in our compostable packaging, and their contents are should be transferred into your refillable glass jar as soon as you receive them.

Before each shipment, we send you an email reminder, giving you time to cancel, postpone, or even add items to your subscription. You can always update the frequency or contents of your upcoming shipment by logging into your account and making changes there.

Because we prioritize customer safety, we do not sell refill pouches on their own.

With your first purchase of any MOBIUS product, you receive your skincare in a glass jar that protect the skincare capsules from excess humidity. Subsequent refills reduce shipping waste by using lightweight paper packaging, and their contents should be transferred to the glass jar as soon as they are opened to maintain the highest quality of the capsules. Not only do the jars protect your products, but they also provide important safety information, such as a full list of ingredients and a warning not to ingest.
